A number of years have gone by since Alexandra Barrachina won the first prize along with David Navais at the One Day Design Challenge in 2012 with their project Mybowl, a light and compact bathroom furniture unit, easy to carry and which can be connected to any drain, conceived for urban nomads who constantly change from one apartment to another.
Her name is Alexandra and she is an interior designer, who is enthusiastic and tolerant. She loves nature and travelling abroad.
After a number years working for big companies, such as GCA and Desigual, among others, she decided to start working for herself and applying all of the knowledge she has acquired to her own project in a more consistent way.
In her projects, she hopes to be able to apply the things that she is committed to: people, the environment and a fairer world.
For the last year, she has been designing spaces under the name of Igloo
