Raquel Medeiros is 23 years old and lives in Lisbon.

She has a degree in Product Design and currently attends the first year of the Master's degree in Product Design. Both courses at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. She believes that design solves many problems in society and in the world because  design must be about the people, also encompassing the industry and the market. She thinks it is necessary to understand people and their needs, finding areas of opportunity and identifying new solutions through research, definition, ideation, prototyping and testing. This is her strategy to come up with innovative solutions that make sense to people.
